We here at Desoto Vapors strive to sell only the best products. Unfortunately electronic cigarettes, the various components, and the accessories can be used and/or abused in many ways. Our warranty policy is not a satisfaction guarantee.
We will offer returns on a case-by-case basis. A 25% restock fee may apply. Any opened or used items are not eligible for a return unless we gave you the wrong product. Opened means that the original packaging has been unsealed or broken.
Products are not warrantied against misuse regardless if the damage was intentional or not.
Low resistance atomizers are covered by warranty for 48 hours.
Cartridges, Liquid Tanks, and cartomizers (pre-filled or blank) are covered by warranty for 48 hours.
Due to personal tastes and preferences, there is no warranty on e-Liquid flavors unless the product is determined by the staff to be completely incorrect.
Automatic batteries, which are damaged as a result of overfilling cartomizers or cartridges, are not covered.
The use of e-Liquids in any of our atomizers, cartomizers, or tank systems nullifies any applicable warranty.
Please do not mix batteries and chargers with those from other brands unless you are positive they are the same manufacturer. Just because they screw in together does not mean that they are compatible electronically. This will void any applicable warranty.

Any shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us is at your cost.
